Terms of use

The rules this service runs under.

Last updated 6 September 2026.

Two things to know before you read on. This service holds no gaming licence, so no regulator stands behind these terms and there is no independent body to appeal to. And nothing here has been reviewed by a lawyer.

Everything below describes how the service actually behaves today. Where a rule does not exist yet — a governing law, a limitation of liability, a dormancy policy — this document leaves it out rather than filling the gap with something plausible.

1. Who operates this service

This service operates under the Kismat brand. Company registration and licensing details are not yet public here.

For anything that needs a formal legal contact, reach us via Support.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. There is no exception to this and no discretion in it.

You must be somewhere this service is lawfully available, and it is your responsibility to know the law where you are.

You may not use the service if you are excluded from gambling under any scheme that applies to you, or if you have previously been excluded from this service.

3. Your account

One account per person. Duplicate accounts held by one person may be suspended or closed. Closing an account does not take the money in it. Suspension and closure are account states; neither touches a balance, and there is no mechanism anywhere in this service that confiscates one.

The details you register with must be accurate and yours. You are responsible for keeping your password secret; anything done through your account with your credentials is treated as done by you.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, share or lend an account.

There is no identity-document check today. You are asked for a date of birth when you register and refused an account if it puts you under 18, and you may give an email address or a phone number so support can find you. Nothing is verified against a document, and no document check stands between you and a deposit, a bet or a withdrawal. Do not read that as a claim about who else holds an account here.

4. Money

An account holds a balance in one of five currencies — INR, USDT, USD, EUR or BRL — chosen when you register, recorded to four decimal places. Nothing in this service converts between them: no exchange rate ever enters the ledger. Every movement — deposit, stake, payout, withdrawal, adjustment — is a signed row in an append-only ledger, and your balance is the sum of those rows. Your statement in the app is that ledger.

Deposits: minimum ₹100, maximum ₹2,00,000 per transaction, and the equivalent figure in each of the other currencies. A UPI request expires 20 minutes after it is generated.

Withdrawals: minimum ₹500, maximum ₹1,00,000 per transaction, no fee. Your balance is debited when the request is made, not when it is paid. Withdrawals are reviewed before payment and may be held while a verification or investigation is open.

Money comes back to your balance in exactly two situations, and both appear in your statement as their own entry: a withdrawal that is rejected, and a round that is voided. There is no other refund route — in particular there is no way to unwind a deposit that has already been played.

An account that is not used is simply an account that is not used. There is no dormancy period, no inactivity fee and nothing that sweeps a balance; the money sits there.

No tax is withheld. Nothing is deducted at source, no tax certificate is issued, and winnings are paid gross. What you owe, and where, is between you and your own tax authority.

5. VIP, referrals and promotions

Two reward programmes run today, both of which pay into your ordinary balance through the same wallet as everything else, and both of which you claim rather than receive automatically.

  • VIP rakeback. Six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Obsidian — reached by wagering. Each tier returns a percentage of the house edge on what you stake, rising to 10% at Obsidian. Read the noun carefully: it is a share of the house’s expected take, not of your turnover and not of your losses. On a 3% game at the top tier, ₹1,000 staked accrues ₹3.
  • Referrals. You earn 10% of the net gaming revenue your referred friends generate — that is, 10% of what the house actually makes from them in a month, not 10% of what they stake. A friend counts only after they have deposited at least ₹500 and wagered at least ₹2,000. A month in which your referrals came out ahead pays nothing and carries forward against the next one. Claims of ₹10,000 or more are reviewed before they are paid.

There is no welcome bonus, no free bet, no free spin and no cashback scheme. If a deposit-match promotion is ever offered, the wagering conditions attached to it belong in this section in full — a bonus whose conditions are not written down is the most common cause of a complaint in this industry.

6. How games are decided

  • Every outcome is drawn from a cryptographic random number generator. No outcome is inspected, re-rolled, weighted or adjusted after it is drawn.
  • For games played in rounds, the outcome is sealed before betting closes.
  • The house advantage comes entirely from the payout table — we pay less than true odds on a winning bet. There is no win-rate setting in this software, at any level of access, for any account.
  • The house edge for each game is published on the games page and inside the game.
  • Player-versus-player games (Ludo and Rummy) are not banked by the house. Players contribute to a pot, the winner takes it, and a rake of 15% is deducted — the same figure at every stake level.
  • When no human opponent is available within the waiting period, a bot may take a seat in Ludo or Rummy. Bots see only what a player in that seat would see, and give up the seat when a real player arrives.

Malfunctions void plays and pays. If a game, a server or a network fault produces a result that the rules of the game do not allow, that round is voided and stakes are returned.

If you drop mid-bet, the bet still settles — it is never left hanging and never quietly refunded. How depends on the game:

  • A round game settles against the outcome that was already drawn, whether or not anyone is watching. A Crash bet with no cash-out before the crash is a loss, exactly as it would be on screen.
  • A dealer hand plays itself out on that game’s published clock, by that game’s own default: Blackjack stands, Teen Patti folds, Pai Gow sets the house way, Video Poker draws on its stated holds. Abandoning a losing hand does not get the stake back.
  • A ladder — Mines, Dragon Tower, Pump, Rickshaw Run and the rest — cashes out at the rung you had already earned, which costs neither side anything on average. At zero rungs it is voided and the stake returned.
  • A seat at Ludo or Rummy keeps moving on a shorter clock so the other players are not held up.

7. Fair use

You may not:

  • use a bot, script, emulator farm or any automation to play;
  • exploit a bug, mispriced table or error instead of reporting it — winnings from a known error may be reversed;
  • collude with other players in Ludo or Rummy, including playing multiple seats at one table;
  • use the service to move money for anyone else, or for any purpose other than playing;
  • interfere with, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

Genuine security research is welcome; report it through the Support tab in the app, marked as a security report, rather than testing it against live accounts. There is no published security mailbox yet.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account where there is a reasonable belief of fraud, collusion, money laundering, multiple accounts, underage use, or a breach of these terms; where a regulator or a court requires it; or where you ask us to.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any balance is returned to you, less any amount properly withheld.

Self-exclusion is described on the responsible play page and takes precedence over anything in this section that would let an excluded account be reopened.

9. Complaints and disputes

Raise a complaint with support first — see Support for what to include. We do not publish a target response time, because nothing in this system measures or enforces one and a promise nobody keeps is worse than no promise.

If you are not satisfied, there is nowhere else to take it. This service holds no licence, so no adjudicator, ombudsman or regulator oversees it and none can be appealed to. That is a real limitation and you should weigh it before you deposit.

Our records of bets, ledger entries and game outcomes are the primary evidence in a dispute. They are append-only and time-stamped, and you can see your own copy at any time in your statement.

10. Your data

What an account holds is short: a username, a password stored only as a hash we cannot reverse, a date of birth, and — only if you supplied them — an email address, a phone number and a country. Alongside it sits the record of what you did: your ledger, your bets and their outcomes, your deposits and withdrawals, and your support tickets.

None of it is sold, and this website carries no advertising network, no analytics vendor and no third-party tracker of any kind — not one request on any page here goes to anybody but us and a web-font host.

A full privacy policy — retention periods, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion — has not been written. Until it has, this paragraph is a description of what is held, not a policy governing it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. A material change is posted here with a new "last updated" date above.

12. Gambling is gambling

This is a real-money gambling service. You should expect to lose money over time; that is what a house edge means and it is stated plainly on the responsible play page. Nothing on this site is advice, and no game here is an investment.
