Start to finish
Four steps. Here is exactly what happens at each one, including the parts that occasionally go wrong and what to do about them.
The app is an Android APK downloaded straight from this site. It is not on Google Play, because Play does not accept real-money casino apps in India — so there is no store to install it for you and Android will ask you to confirm the install yourself.
That confirmation screen is normal and the download page shows you every screen you will see, in order. It also publishes a SHA-256 checksum so you can prove the file you downloaded is byte-for-byte the file we built.
On an iPhone or a laptop there is nothing to install — open play.kismat.devtest9.xyz in the browser and sign in to the same account.
A username between 3 and 32 characters, a password of at least 8, and your date of birth. Email and phone number are optional; give them if you want account recovery and a faster route through support, leave them out if you would rather not.
You also choose the currency the account holds — INR, USDT, USD, EUR or BRL — and a wallet in it opens the same moment the account does, so there is never a state where you have an account with nowhere to hold money. Nothing converts between currencies afterwards.
You must be 18 or older. The date of birth is what enforces that: the server refuses to create the account at all if it puts you under 18. It is not checked against a document. This is a real-money gambling account, not a game with coins in it.
Enter an amount — minimum ₹100, maximum ₹2,00,000 — and the app produces a QR code and a UPI link. Scan the code from any UPI app, or tap the link to hand it straight to the UPI app on the same phone.
You never type a reference. A unique reference is already embedded in the payment request, and that is what matches your money to your account when it lands. Nothing depends on you copying a number correctly.
A UPI request stays valid for 20 minutes. After that it expires and you generate a new one — the old code is dead and paying into it is the one reliable way to make a deposit hard to trace. If you paid an expired code, contact support with the UPI transaction ID and it can be reconciled by hand.
Deposits are credited once the payment is confirmed against our own records. Most clear in minutes. If yours has not appeared and your bank shows the money left, that is a support ticket, not a lost payment.
Your stake leaves your balance the moment the bet is accepted, and any payout arrives the moment the round settles. Both are rows in your statement, which you can open at any time from the wallet screen.
The statement is not a summary — it is the ledger itself. Every line is signed: negative for a stake or a withdrawal, positive for a payout or a deposit, with a running balance after each one. If those rows do not add up to your balance, something is wrong and we want to hear about it.
Outcomes are drawn from a cryptographic random number generator and sealed before betting closes on a round. Nothing looks at who is betting, or how much, or how the last ten rounds went.
Request a withdrawal to a UPI ID, a bank account or a crypto address. The amount leaves your balance in the same instant the request is created — one transaction, both halves — so money that is on its way out can never also be staked.
Withdrawals are reviewed by a person before they are paid. Minimum ₹500, maximum ₹1,00,000, no fee — shown to you before you confirm.
If a withdrawal is rejected, the money returns to your balance and the reason is recorded against the request. It does not disappear into a queue.
Identity checks: there are none. No document is ever requested — not to open the account, not to deposit, and not to withdraw. What the review looks at is the request itself and the payment details on it, and above a threshold two different people have to sign it off rather than one.
When something goes wrong
Almost always a reconciliation lag or an expired request. Send support the UPI transaction ID (your UPI app calls it the UTR or reference number), the amount, and the time. Do not pay a second time to force it through.
Generate a new one. If the payment already went through against the old code it can still be matched by hand — that is what the transaction ID is for.
Every withdrawal is checked by a person, so it is not instant. The balance has already been debited, which is why it looks like the money is gone — open the withdrawal in your history to see its current state.
Forgot password on the sign-in screen starts a reset. No mail server is connected yet, so nothing is emailed — a person issues the single-use link to you instead, and it expires an hour later. That means recovery leans on the email or phone you optionally put on the account. Support has the detail.
